order to aid in fulfilling our obligation to the public in relation to
accountability and transparency, and to further the concept of open and
transparent government, this site will contain the agenda to all
meetings of Council. It will
further contain reports to council for consideration and/or
information. Please see the Meetings
and Minutes page for dates and times of meetings. Please be
advised that at its meeting of May 16, 2008 Council voted to dissolve
its Committee of the Whole and change to two Council meetings per month
to be held on the first and third Friday of each month unless otherwise
amended by resolution of Council.
